• Users can access and utilize the extension and related services according to their selected subscription plan.
• Users retain ownership of any files, documents, or data they create or process while using the extension.
• Productivity Tools Limited reserves the right to set usage limits and to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of suspicious activity or violation of these Terms.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

The subject of this offer is the provision of the "Dark Mode for Google Docs" extension and related services to the Customer in accordance with the selected subscription plan, the terms of this offer, and the current price list of the Contractor.

The Contractor has the right to unilaterally change the price list and the terms of this public offer at any time without prior agreement with the Customer, ensuring that the updated terms are published on the website at least three days before they come into effect.

Users are entitled to request a full refund within 20 days of purchase if they are not satisfied with the service.

• Promotional discounts and promo codes cannot be combined with other discounts or special offers unless explicitly stated.
